Invention of printing in Europe

First movable type book produced by Gutenberg in Germany, but precedents in China in the 11th century. In China from the 11th century, clay movable types were used to print text. But a new milestone was truly reached when Gutenberg printed a Bible using metal movable type in the mid-​​15th century in Germany. Thanks to this technique, it became possible to reproduce books using mechanical processes, thus facilitating the dissemination and emergence of knowledge across Europe.
