The Google Consumer Barometer

How do consumers use the internet in their purchase process? Google has developed an online/offline consumer barometer to provide insight into how consumers use websites in their shopping decisions.

Aimed primarily at businesses and marketing professionals, the tool allows users to analyse data from 39 countries and for 36 product categories, regarding internet usage (research or purchases), device usage (PC, smartphone, tablet) and demographics (age, gender, education). Users can generate and export custom presentations of their search results.
